How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the "Manage" button on your Account page. You will remain Premium until the end of the current period, after which you will automatically revert to a Free account.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Your 3-day Premium trial automatically activates upon your first login with email. We do not ask for card details. When the period ends, you automatically revert to a Free account, and no charge is made. If you wish to subscribe, you can choose any tier from the Premium page.
What is the 2 Week Trial package?
One-time 2-week Premium access. No renewal, no commitment. When the period ends, you automatically revert to a Free account, and no charge is made. If you wish to subscribe, you can choose the Monthly or Yearly tier.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the service, write to [email protected] within the first 7 days, and we will process a no-questions-asked cancellation and full refund.
When is the renewal date?
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days, and annual subscriptions every 365 days. The 2 Week Trial does not renew. The fee is charged via the same card on the renewal date. If you cancel, you will remain Premium until the end of the current period.
How is payment secure? Why USD?
Payment infrastructure is provided by Creem — as the Merchant of Record, invoicing, VAT, and refund processes are automated. Your card details are not stored on our servers. Prices are in USD; your bank will convert to TL at its own exchange rate, and payment can be made with a credit or debit card.
