Our purpose is to provide notifications when empty seats matching user-defined criteria become available on TCDD train services. This service operates entirely with independent algorithms and methods, and has no official connection, authorization, or business partnership with TCDD.

2. Service Guarantee and Limited Liability

At biletalarmi.com, we do not guarantee that the alarm service provided will operate 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or on time. Empty train seats can change instantly, and notifications may experience delays. biletalarmi.com cannot be held responsible for any ticket loss, disruption to travel plans, or any material/non-material damages that may arise due to these delays or technical malfunctions.

Although maximum effort is made for the service to operate correctly and on time, changes in TCDD systems, technical failures, internet outages, or other factors beyond our control may affect the service's performance. In such cases, no liability is accepted.

The user accepts that the service is free and provided "as is" without any warranty or commitment. The ticket purchasing process is entirely the user's responsibility and must be carried out through TCDD's own channels.

3. User Responsibilities
